this place sucks and so does the staff

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
i thought this place was nice but i asked for my water heater to be looked at and the staff told me that sometimes the water just needs time to heat up but i had lived here for two year and it never happened before, then someone finally came and the thermometer was broken.....
