As previously stated the apartments are small...very small. Also if you have a pet there is a $300 non refundable deposit. I have lived here since May and it seems like every other week there is a note on everyone's door saying that people will be comming into our apartments for an "inspection" I can understand one or two a year, but not one or two a month. It is a hassel to lock up pets. Especially when they give you a 2-3 day range of when they might come in. Also, you have no choice but to get cable from NTC. If you want any other service, you have to pay a monthly wireing fee on top of your cable blll. The trick is, you aren't even getting cable. It is really dish Network without any of the perks such as pay perview, but all of the dwon falls such as the TV going out in bad weather. I will be out of here as soon as my lease is up and I highly recomend that you do not rent here!
