Don't Waste Your Money Here!!!!! - These apartments are crap. They need updating, the roaches are everywhere and it's got absolutely NO management or maintenance staff. I am moving out this weekend and I will never ever rent here again. The trash is always overflowing and everything in the apartments are old, broken, rusty, raggedy, used, or just plain ugly. Paper thin I agree with the review about the noise problem. The walls are paper thin; dry wall, studs, dry wall. You can hear everything in and around your apartment. If your neighbor has a snoring problem, he or she will keep you up at night.

I enjoy being here. For all of the crime and drugs, it is true - there is a problem here (but that's what you'll find everywhere). The crime I feel has lessened but I cannot speak for the entire community. It all just depends on where you live within the community here.
