This place is not recommended by me at all! The turnover there is unbeleivable.!!!! I thought when I went to look at the apartment that it was the greatest place to be, and how wrong I was! Take pictures it is a must! When you need to have them put in a work order, KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING, as they will ignore the problem, and say they never knew there was a problem. One of the favorite sayings there is quote: You can't fix something that isn't broke! That is how the maintenance gets out of fixing problems by acting ignorant to the problem! Also when you move out, they will bill you for ALL the things that were wrong when you moved in. Don't plan on ever getting your security back, plus plan on $$$ added on to a enormous bill. With in days you will also be turned into a collection agency, or threatened to be sued. A soap is saying it mild. Gossip, is the #1 priority in the office! Smoke breaks constantly, and don't be surprised when you call for days, and get a answering service, or there is a sign on the door, stating {Out of The Office} ALL DAY while they are visiting at there own residence and taking care of personal issues.I don't recommend the complex at all.
