Has Definitely Gone Downhill - When I first moved to Pointe West, I really loved it. The staff was helpful, maintenance got things done quickly and correctly, the shuttle to campus was a lifesaver; things ran smoothly on a daily basis. I lived in University Commons and I hated every moment of it...maintance is terrible, they fine you for every little thing you do wrong. They also tell you that utilities are included but will bring you a bill every so often that says you owe them money for going over on your utility bill.
