Lived here for a little over a year, but only b/c I was stuck by law (the lease). Probably would have picked another place. I'll be specific below:

The management is okay, but they are alittle older (father/son pair) and not too organized. The lights go out outside the buildings around here ALL the time... which is NOT safe b/c this complex is surrounded by a wooded area. It takes days to get the lights back on.. only for them to go out again a week later. HORRIBLE.

The maintanence is slack. I know someone that lives a couple doors down and his light over his oven in the kitchen is STILL not fixed...weeks after the complaint.

The location is good for someone off campus. I dont know what the other review was talking about. Its not far from campus at all.. the complex doesnt supply a shuttle.. its Clemson Univ that supplies a shuttle all around Central/Clemson area, but its best if you have a car.

Noise varies. It was very quiet and peaceful until not too long ago.. I got some ROUDY neighbors that play something like AC/DC all times of the morning and night. I complain, but nothing happens.

Also, there is a horrible cat problem. Poor kittens everywhere.. I have actually "housed" some during storms and all b/c people around here just dont care for their animals!!!

All in all, I'd go somewhere else. But since there isnt a million places to search and if you're looking for a 1bedroom and the prices are fairly good.. if you can stomach the things above then maybe its the place for you. But if its you and a roomate I'd def. try someplace else.. like the Highlands, Reserves, or University Village. I've been to all & loved them. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
