I think this is a good option for people who want to live alone/not right up against campus. There definately are newer places around but most are more expensive or are meant for 3 and 4 people to live in. Here my 2 bedroom apartment is cheaper than a lot of 1 one bedroom apartments in the area and it has a washer and dryer. The office staff is real nice, they put effort into the landscaping, its on the CAT bus line, the pool and tennis courts aren't right on Issaqueena Trl, the apartments have porches, enough parking, and I haven't had any problems with noisy neighbors.
