I'm not sure where to start...I guess the con would be that I am spoiled from living here. Anytime I had maintainence issues they would come out that day and fix it. By fixing it I actually mean fixing it so it will work for a while. The price is on the higher end, but the quality of the apartments and management is higher end. I've lived in another apartment before this. When I first moved in everything was clean and looked well kept. This complex is very safe, but there was one outburst which turned out not to be a big deal. The pool is well kept and Ingles is within walking distance. The CAT bus stops by the complex and goes to campus and downtown. This is a great place to live if you want to get away from the noise but still be close to campus. Right now I'm apartment shopping and it's going to be hard to find something as great as this place.
