When browsing apts with a friend it seems you only see the extreme: people hate it or love it because only passionate people care enough to leave a review. I thought I should log on and give my honest opinion of Heritage Pointe. I have lived there for 2 years now, and I will live there another (at least) 6 months before I move to the Greenville area. This place is worth it's value, for sure. The management is great, absolutely great. To them you are a person, not just another random tenant. They are very responsive to maintenance issues. The pool is great always clean. The gym is small, but also very kept up. They are tearing down the tennis courts...I think to redo them. The apartments are small, but it is some of the cheapest rent in the Clemson area. I have always felt safe there, and the security guard is always accessible and always helpful. But, like every place you live, there are going to be downsides. Probably the only things I could say about it is that the apartments are small and on the older side. But, well, that won't be a surprise. Although old, it is very well kept up. The Burton men are carpenters and handymen so they keep everything working well. All around, it's an excellent place, and I am much happier under private management than I ever was under corporate management!
