I had no problems in the two years I lived at Hunter's Glen. The apartments (mine was a 1 bedroom) seem to be pretty typical for this area; nothing fancy, but in good condition, nice screened-in porch, reasonable rent, etc. The pool, on-site laundry, tennis courts, and other amenities were always well maintained.

It was a pretty even split between college students and "older" residents/families and noise was never an issue.

Contrary to earlier reviews I found the staff to be extremely professional and always helpful. I only had two maintenance issues in my two years (one with the garbage disposal, the other with the AC) and both were taken care of the day I reported them. Additionally, when I unexpectedly needed to get out of my lease three months early Judy (the lady in the front office) was extremely helpful in working to find a new tenant to take over the lease--saved me bigs bucks and was definitely appreciated!!
