I'm a single mother with a 13-year-old daughter. The apartment was managed well, and repairs were taken care of VERY quickly. The staff was always friendly and maintained the facilities well, too. Rent was reasonable, especially for an apartment on the CAT route with a pool, tennis courts, etc.! LOVED the fireplace and that we could walk to the grocery store! Good-sized rooms. No complaints at all.
