Not terrible but check a/c unit

My hubby and I lived here two years. Management is friendly, appliances up to date, nice closets overall not too bad....
Just make sure you request an apt with a newer a/c unit.... our a/c bill in the summer is outrageous and the upstairs is regularly 20 degrees warmer than downstairs.. can't even sleep at night it's so hot. We've complained numerous times to mgt but they just come turn down the a/c (which STILL doesn't help!!) that's my #1 complaint for this place.
