Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
The apartments are so old. Any problems you may have (which will be a LOT) are fixed, but hardly. The maintenance team will only do a temporary fix on any problems you may have. A week later that problem comes back. There are roaches EVERYWHERE!! The move out policy is a bit extreme. Management is not always willing to work with you on problems you may have. Because the apartments are soooo old, it is hard to keep cool in the summers, or warm up in the winters. You can hear everything through the walls. Even someone walking around in the apartment next to you is heard very clearly in your apartment.
It is not worth the money they are asking to live in these OLD apartments!
