The manager is crazy, she likes to make up new rules monthly, in the past year I have been here she has sent rule out that includeds, bikes must be stored inside, not on the patio, this is real good for the carpet. No one can swim alone in the pool, most apartments have only one resident. No floats in the pool. The pool doesnt open until 1 pm on Sunday. This is a change over last year, maybe I go to church on a different day, not everyone's Sabbath is on Sunday. If you are under 18 you cannot be outside after dark, hopefully you do not have a young brother or sister who comes to visit. You cannot store anything in the closet under the stairs, she stated this is against fire codes. I called the local Fire Marshal and he stated that this is not true, also this is where they have the washer and dryer which is a violation of her own rule. You may ask How does she know what you have in your closet' She knows because twice she has made inspections of the apartments. Usually she does this under the pretence of helping the bug inspector look for bugs (which I have not had a problem with) and I did not know she was an expert on the subject. The apartment has a nice big courtyard and you are allowed to have a dog but dogs are not allowed in the courtyard. That was why I moved here so I could excise my dog in the courtyard. I would only throw the ball when no one else was in the courtyard and would put my dog back on the leash if anyone else was around. I will be only too happy to move out after this school year
I do not have any problems with maintenance, these are old apartments and when something was broken, Randy was quick and professional with the repairs.
