A great place for mature students. Funky old places but no one above you.

Yes the places are older and not the state of the art. BUt if you want a place to live, that is safe and quiet, this is a good place. The courtyard is nice, the courtesy police officer gives one a sense of satisfaction. They are great places for grad students who just want a place to live without allof the bells and whistles, which is pretty cheap compared to the other places that are nearby.
