When I moved in, the management was very cheery and nice. But that changed. When I would call in my maintenance requests, they would sometimes not come for days and after a while the property manager was short and dismissive with me.
Now the owner has taken the property management over and the maintenance man is a professional, clean cut guy who is very experienced.
The owner even lowered the rent as a result of the recession. Unheard of!
