I've lived at this place for a number of years... let me tell you that the management
has changed... and much for the better. Requests for maintenance is handled on a timely
basis and is done correctly... there are several guys available to do the work. The place has been getting a lot of updates..the manager really does care about the property AND the folks who rent from him... Not much for flash ... like wireless...etc...BUT it is quiet and a great environment to study, or raise small kids. There are several families with young children... also, the place is pet friendly. There's several law enforcement people who live here... it is a safe place to live. The drive around the buildings is well-lit and I feel comfortable walking around at night. The apartments are older.. but with more sound cushioning than the newer ones AND more space. I've looked... you can't beat the combination of size and price, and location. ( it's on the CAT line... with shopping, post office and gym near.
