Nice place, incompetent staff

The apartment itself was very nice, and so were all of the facilities. However, when you go into the office it's filled with a bunch of students who do NOT handle themselves professionally. I was told when moving out that everything was in order for me, that I did not owe money, etc. When I asked what I needed to do before moving out, I received a very hasty "no, just fill this out... you're all set" type of comment. Which is why I was quite surpised when I received a notice a few months after moving out that I owed several hundred dollars. This notice was very much in their error. It was all in all, very unprofessional.
