Slightly improved with new manager, but too many problems to list

When I first looked at the Reserve, it seemed ideal. They offer free internet, massage therapy, tanning beds, and the clubhouse is really nice. Only once I moved in, things just started going wrong. Firstly, after one of the unprofessional folks in the office screwed up someone's apt arrangements, instead of fessing up or explaining it to anyone, he forged a move request between my roommate and I saying we had a fight so he could make me move to a different apt a month after I had already moved in. The manager was NOT cooperative in fixing this situation and it blew up all the way to corporate. After they resolved the situation, things went smooth for a while. Then the Tiffany Souers incident occurred. I by no means place blame on the apt for her accident, but on their behavior after it. It happened Thursday night. We did not get any information from the office until Tuesday! During the recovery process for the community, they promised security cameras, better police patrol (we're already supposed to have that), and even just lighting down in the parking lot next to where she was attacked (its completely dark). None of those promises have come to be. Instead, they install door locks that function with key cards (like hotels), in hopes of providing better safety('). It takes me at least seven tries to get my door to accept my card, so I feel real safe. The office manager was moved after all of this, and the new one is much better, but he alone can't make up for his entire staff of unprofessional students. And after having the rent jacked up once again this year (more than $100 from when I first moved in two years ago), I can't wait to get out. All of these issues are of course on top of the typical complaints of too noisy, bad parking situation, and crappy furniture.
