Great place to live!

I lived at the Reserve for three out of the four years I went to Clemson and I loved every minute of it!. It is a great complex with extras such as a free tanning bed, two pools, message therapy, and a great viewing room in the club house to watch the Tigers play! The maintenance team is will respond to your call within 24 (usually much less). The staff cares about its residents and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable (ex. free breakfast during finals, organizing get togethers around the holidays, etc.). The only things I had a problem with were the following:
1. The pool is typically dirty and tends to be littered with beer cans and cigarette butts
2. Parking can be an issue if you come back late at night due to the popularity of the complex
3. Maintenance staff has keys to your apartment and tend to come in whenever they please to change out the air filters. They DO NOT call first. Many times i was awoken in the morning by a man in my living room changing my filters (scary if you are a female)
All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone. As for the Tiffany Souers thing, do not let it change your mind about the security of the complex. Honestly, at the time The Reserve was one of the nicest apartments in Clemson and it could have happened anywhere.
