I loved my apartment at The Reserve. I lived there for two and a half years and would have stayed longer if not for graduation. I have never had a problem with the staff. They have always been kind. You can't always count on the printer having paper or working in the clubhouse, but they are always working to fix it as soon as possible. For a college community, the apartment has everything needed. The washer and dryer are semi-new and in good condition along with the rest of the appliances. The furniture is fine and in good condition. It's not the most stylish to date, but it works fine. Buy a slip cover if you must. Considering the fact that the price is low and that everything but electric is included, you really can't ask for more. Sure, the pool can get crowded, but that's life. I've always found a place to sit, so it's not unreasonable. Neighbors come and go. Some years I had more problems with noise than others. But nothing horrible. Sometimes they don't know they're loud, so don't be shy to tell them. The new hotel style door keys are nice. Since being installed, I never had one not work. And the doors automatically locking makes you feel safer. Just keep in mind that it is a college community and you shouldn't be disappointed. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
