When I first started apartment shopping I knew people at the Reserve. I went on a tour and they showed me a apartment in excellent condition. I thought, wow this place is awesome, so clean and nice. They also put much nicer furniture in the tour apartment. I will just let you know what to expect with the Reserve apartment you will receive... crappy everything... including: furniture, cabinets, appliances, carpet, and walls. Do not be alarmed when you see a giant roach... that is your other roommate and his family. I could not count on two hands the amount of roaches we have had to kill over the past two years. countless. They are not the small kind either, at least 2 inches long. The reserve will pay for the most disgusting "hired killers" to come out and "spray" your house to kill the bugs. It never does anything. This place is cheap, and it is reflected throughout everything. Do not live here. It is disgusting.
