The apartment has cheap rent ($359/person/month), it's fully furnished, internet and TV are included, all appliances are included (Washer/Dryer, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator) and parking is generally very easy. Ok, thats the positives. Now let's go into the negatives.... The Reserve got progressively worse as time when on (barring the first 6 months I was there).
