3 months into the lease they are making 20 students move into different apartments with only a couple weeks notice. Not only that, they deceive students into signing leases with promises of prorated rates and free carpet cleanings for renewals and then never fulfill their promises. Beware when signing your lease with these apartments as there is a clause that says they can move you. I even asked when I renewed if I was going to be able to stay in my same apartment and without hesitation they said yes. The property manager is rude, unprofessional, and unaccommodating.
