CRAPPY INTERNET!!! When I moved in, they promised a T1 connection in every apartment. What they meant was a T1 connection sfor every building. This means that you and 35 other people are sharing a T1 connection. The uploads are fast as crap, but the downloads are limited by their router settings. (Their net-admin is a 20year old college student with an ego). Forget gaming online with anything. With a max download speed of 15-30Mbs, I wouldn't even bother.

My fellow building mates and I called the complex the "Playskool" place. Very cheap building materials, thin walls, and terrible management make a good combo when living there. The lease requires your written permission to do complete a roommate match, however they definitly didn't get my signature for my roommates. The police came to my place and woke me up at 2:30 am to issue me a noise complaint. They told me to turn down the stereo (you could hear music from another apartment). I invited them in to find the radio that was still on and loud to no avail. This was a frequen occurance. This complex is too expensive for what you get and the management doesn't understand how written contracts work. They do not see that they also hold responsibility. They found out. Believe you me.
