This place has been really willing to work with me about renewing my lease. I'm currently a senior, getting ready to graduate, but I've applied to attend CU for graduate school. When I went to talk to the office staff about not having heard from CU yet, they worked with me to extend the date I could renew my lease so I could continue to live with my current roommates again next year. For me, living here has been a positive experience.
