I lived in UV for 2 years and it was a NIGHTMARE. The management lies and tries to turn roomates against each other in order to suit their needs. I had my lease thrown away by the management (I resigned in Feb, was called in July and told I had 3 days to move out cause I "didn't resign"). Plus, I paid my entire lease worth of rent UP FRONT and they still left a nasty note on my door telling me I was "behind on rent" and I was going to be evicted even though I had paid it ALL. Then, after that was all settled, when I moved out, they tried to charge me ANOTHER months rent PLUS they suddenly didn't have my $250 pet deposit on file. Convenient. Not only that but the buildings themselves were crap. I was the first to live in a brand new townhouse and we had everything from leaking ceilings (which they didn't fix, only painted over, badly I might add), to doors that didn't line up, to the walls seperating from a "settling foundation". Plus, when we moved in, the carpet was stained red from workmen walking in and out. Don't live in UV. Live in Cross Creek or Reserve or on the street would be better.
