I have lived in UV twice and i loved both times. The cheap walls and such as that is fine for college students which is who it is built for. I thought the place was fine and once you learn how the internet works you can pretty much steal it. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom including shower, which is awesome, there is also a half bath downstairs. Includes stove washer/dryer fridge ect.. There are new leasing things for new comers that let you get free cable as well as free water which i get and if you get a new townhome you can get a free 32" flatscreen while you are there.
The staff does suck except for the managers, find one of them and ask them your questions. You can pay rent online. They have a clubhouse. All grass outside now. Great Neighbors. Internet craps out sometimes, but hey its free. Water is free and they replace your air filters for free woohoo..
