Pros:
*Individual leases that can include utilities and cable. There is no way your roomates can screw you over by moving out early since their name is not on your lease.
*On the catbus route. There is even a shuttle to football games.
*Plenty of parking
*Every room has its own bathroom

Cons:
*The walls are extremely thin. I could hear every word of a person's conversation outside.
*Lots of loud parties
*Maintenance is never quick about fixing anything. They took a week to fix our AC when it was 80 degrees outside.
*People think the parking lot is a drag strip. A girl t-boned me when I was pulling out because she was doing 50mph in the parking lot.

Overall:
UV is not the worst place you could live, but it is far from the best. I think it's great for students living off campus for the first time but I wouldn't stay there longer than a year.
