Tried to illegally evict me overnight while I was away, came back to find him in the middle of packing all my things to be thrown out! I lived at UV for a year and I was so glad I was moving. I would never recommend it for the following reasons:
-As far as maintenance is concerned: bad service. Management is awful. Unless you make sure that everything works before moving in, do not expect

Place Looks like No One Cares I don't know what's wrong with these people. They don't know what a lawn mower is. The grass is now over a foot tall. Don't rent here unless you don't mind if you live in a jungle. I'm embarrassed to invite my friends and family over.

University Village I've lived at UV for 2 years and I have loved it. The events (trivia night and random dinner nights) are great. They don't tow cars which is also a plus. The convenience of haveing all utilities included is priceless. Great place to live w/ nice people and staff.

WOW!!! This is my 2nd year there. It was a nice place when I moved in. The manager was very nice to me at all times. I had some problems and he(I think his name was Dan or Don)helped me get things worked out. The people there now are very bad!!They dont care about you or your problems!!
