02/08/14 by dump4you: I have lived there over 3 years now, and the longer I'm there, the worse it seems to be getting. I was told that they conduct criminal background checks, but that simply cannot be true. They will raise your rent every year, and do absolutely nothing to update the property. The windows must be at least 35 to 40 years old, and your electricity bill will reflect the drafty more

03/15/14 by anonymous: So, this place is the absolute worst place to live. Basically, if you like rats, then THIS IS THAT PLACE FOR YOU! 1) This place is alittle rough. Cops are always over here looking for someone. Gun shots go off. Yeah... 2) Parking wouldnt be so bad if people didnt always drive by for drug exchange and parties until 1am. If you like weed you should stay here because someone is always more

03/28/12 by anonymous: I had looked for several places to call home for the time being. I came in to view one and not intending to be able to move in that day. The staff there done what they had to do to help me out. I would recomrmend to check these townhomes out. I have an great view of the marsh in a quiet area of west ashley. more

07/06/12 by anonymous: I have lived at pointe James for just over a year, I think it's a great place to live if you want to live close to both the beach and downtown. Little bit of a part scene and a lot of younger people but the pool parties rock!!!! more

01/16/14 by anonymous: I lived here from June until this past December and overall it wasn't a bad place to live. I moved here from out of state and only viewing the apartment complex once. I needed a one bedroom but they could only show me the two bedroom model because there were no one bedrooms available at the time. So I judged what a one bedroom would look like from the floor plans online and the general feel more

02/28/13 by Drmommy: I just moved back to Sawgrass apartments a year ago, and couldn't be happier!! I was very pleased with the renovations they have put into the apartments, new appliances, wallpaper, and vanities. The community is safe and has lots of children for my 3 year old to play with. We enjoy spending summer at the pool and brand new tennis court. We went to several other apartment more

08/06/13 by anonymous: I moved into this property about a year ago now and have liked it but haven't loved it. I feel secure here even with Costco in the backyard and the staff has always been really friendly and helpful. They try to have resident nights about once a month, which is a nice courtesy. The breezeways do tend to get a little dusty or dirty sometimes, but eventually get cleaned up. more

09/13/13 by sadtosayno: It is with a very heavy heart that I write this review, because if you asked me six months ago if I was happy with The Villages services I would have nothing but glowing reviews to give. However my opinion has changed. My husband, two dogs and I have lived at The Villages for three years since we moved to the area. Originally we lived in Townhouse Village and were forced to move into more

06/26/14 by anonymous: My wife and I have lived here for 4 years. I'm in my 40's and she is in her 30's. Let me start by saying, there were a few issues about parking because when they are closer to capacity it is impossible to find a place to park. Previous management was able to work out the situation though and we continued on as happy residents. A few months ago the complex was purchased by what more
