Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
They promised to have the electric door fixed 1 year before I moved in. It is still broken. They promised that they would purchase more equipment for the gym. One year later, the gym still has few old machines.
And the office staff is extremely rude and mean. They increased my rent for 15% after one year lease, and didn't even give me any special offer. They also charge the division lighting. Overall, they want your money!!!!!
