I lived there for a year and thought the property management team did a great job. I had a few problems like a broken garbage disposal and water leaking through my ceiling from the person above me. However, the problems were fixed quite promptly. This was over a year ago so I am not sure if things have changed, but I would live there again if in Charleston.
