NICE PLACE BUT WITH PROBLEMS

We've lived at Ashley Crossing for just over a year. The property is well maintained & office staff is friendly and helpful. A couple of problems though; They mix mature couples and partying singles. We live on the 1st floor and have twice had very young singles above us who have absolutely no consideration for neighbors. You hear EVERYTHING that goes on including the parties, squeaking beds and bathroom noises!! It's unnerving to be woken in the middle of the night by repetitive bed squeaking and someone taking a pee and flushing. The insulation between floors is VERY BAD. We live in the back of #9. Tenants with dogs seem to like walking them behind #9 because they feel they don't have to clean up after them. It's pretty bad when you sit on your patio and smell dog poop. Some allow their dogs to run loose here. I've had a large dog come on my patio and bark and growl at me and another pee on my patio plants. There seems to be no restriction as to size of dogs allowed. Stairs to 2nd floor are right outside large master bdrm window. We're woken many many nights as drunk neighbors come home from the bar with friends talking loudly and stomping up the wooden stairs. We plan to move at the end of our current lease.
