Poor Upkeep of Amenities

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
Printer in the clubhouse has been broken for a month and a half.
And washers and dryers seem continually broken. This was the case about two years ago before new management came in, but new management seems to be getting comfortable with not fixing amenities that are a part of everyone's rent.
We will be moving out in a few months (after almost 3 years of living here) so I'm not making more of a big deal out of this, but it is something to consider if you are thinking about moving to Ashley Crossing Apartments.
