I have lived in Ashley Knoll for over a year and have NOT been impressed by much. The "gated access" is NEVER working. What's the point! The office staff is a little much to be desired. Once your there they treat you as if you owe them something instead of them providing good service to their residences. I once had a UPS package that they signed for and it sat in their office for about a month until I called the company and they said it had been delivered. They could have at least called to let me know I had a package there. The maintance crew is about all that this place has going for it. THey are prompt and very friendly and willing to help you with anything. THe office staff doesn't like to be bothered by the residents much. The pool was closed for about a month in the late summer. The gym doesn't seem to be open during hours that working people can actually work out. They do keep the grounds up very nice though. The walkways are not well lit either. Overall, I would definetly shop around!
