I just heard about this site and was anxious to voice my comments about Ashley Knoll. I've jsut read the other reviews and honestly, I agree with some things, but am not sure some of the other people really know what they're talking about. Firstly, those complaining are probably the ones not paying their rent or are causing parking chaos! Parking is bothersome to say the least, but I've had absolutely no problems with the management or maintenance staff. I've been here for a little over a year. Of course, there's been some changes in those working here, but I can say they were for the best. You know, those ladies at the office have a really tough job. They have to deal with a lot of bratty college kids and recently, when I was in the office, a young woman was giving one of the ladies in the office a really hard time. I was making copies and from what I overheard, the lady that lives here had either not paid her rent or had a bounced check. She was really beating up on the woman in the office, I think the manager. Anyway, the manager remained calm and very professional, even though she was getting bashed. Like I said, the people complaing are probably the ones not picking up the dog poop, not paying their rent, having loud parties or are parking on the grass. Give me a break! Ashley Knoll is a great place to live and I'm planning on renewing my lease for another 18 months!
