Ashley Knoll

I have lived at Ashley Knoll almost 3 years, and am probably the oldest resident here. I can honestly say that some of these reviews are absolutely way out of line! Yes, there has been some changes in the office, but no changes were bad changes. The maintenance staff is top notch, and always gets service done fast. The office has always replied to my requests and handled them in a timely manner as well. Those complaining about the gates,... most of you dont know that the reason the gates have been down is due to people who live here trying to beat the gates closing and hit the gate! Those gates have been hit by cars repeatedly! And they are not cheap to replace im sure. As for the compactor, I havent seen many problems with it lately, but you also have to keep in mind, they have limited staff that lives on site, and the ones who do live on site, rarely get a day off work! There was an issue with the pool I remember, BUT they had palm trees in the planters next to the stairs, and the wall had cracked. When they were taking the palm trees out, the wall caved in. Yes it happened in the middle of the summer, but they got this taken care of as soon as a contractor could come out. Not to mention THEY HAVE 2 POOLS! So there was still one open and available. The staff at Ashley Knoll is very capable of handling any situation that is thrown their way. The property is beautiful, and well kept. I have lived here 3 years, and will be signing another lease in Jan. For the money, location, amenities, and staff, I would highly recommend this property to anyone moving to the area.
