I LOVE living at Ashley Knoll for many reasons: the high ceilings, new construction, spacious floor plans/closets and large balconies; the gates (when they work, which isn?t often); the location; the fairly reasonable price and specials offered; the very kind and efficient maintenance staff--one of whom even offered to take my trash to the dumpster for me one morning as I was lugging it to the car so I could drive to the dumpster on my way to work.



I HATE living at Ashley Knoll for a couple of reasons: the bugs (they seem completely incapable of hiring competent pest control companies); the lack of parking; the loud C of C students waking us up at 4 a.m.; and the MANAGEMENT STAFF. These people are not bright at all. They rarely, if ever, address complaints. Issues take months to resolve, if they are ever resolved at all. One staff member will give you three or four different versions of the "policy" on a certain thing, and then will stare blankly at you when confronted with these inconsistencies. I realize that property management is a tough job, and often thankless. But COMPETENCE should be a minimum requirement.

By the way, the two VERY positive reviews below mine seem awfully glowing, and seem to explain away certain issues too specifically... they were probably written by management staff. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
