Hidden Costs

Watch for the hidden costs - they charge you non-refundable "fees" when you first move in, rather than deposits which you can expect to see again later. Also, the contract is pretty clear on what you'll have to pay if you break the lease, but not especially clear on their 60 day notice policy. You have to pay rent for 60 days after you notify them of your intent to vacate. In other words, if you notify them that you will not be renewing your lease on January 1st, then you have to pay rent through March 1st - regardless of when your lease expires. Most places in my experience have a 30 day notice requirement.
The maintenance staff is great!
