I moved here from Atlanta and I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. Coming from a big expensive city where I lived in a noisy shoebox, this is pretty good. I've only had one problem getting one thing fixed that was really minor. I don't think my problem got to the maintenance people because as soon as it did it was fixed immediately. People who say it's noisy are crazy, they've obviously never lived in a college apartment complex. I was extremely happy moving here, have never had any trouble with anything including parking. They have excellent incentives for MUSC employees and I ride my bike to work everyday. The neighborhood around can be kind of sketchy, but not dangerous.
