LOUD, CAN'T SLEEP MANAGED BY IDIOTS

THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS MANAGED BY PEOPLE WHO ONLY WANT TO KEEP THE APARTMENTS RENTED AND CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. THE SECURITY GATE HAS BEEN BROKEN THE ENTIRE TIME THAT I HAVE LIVED HERE WHICH HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS. THE PARKING AROUND MY BUILDING IS ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE AND PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS PARTYING. LOUD NOISE KEEPS YOU UP ALL NIGHT.
