I love this place! Who else will have a free oyster roast for their tenants. There are some bugs, I think I've seen three in the 6 months I've lived here but it's Charleston people, obviously you've never lived downtown. And an exterminator was sent within 48 hours.Everytime I've called a maintance man he's been there within 24 hours. The front desk has always been nothing but polite and extremely helpful. The specials to move in are extremely generous. Yes some of the laundry rooms close down here and there but there are two on the premises and there's another right around the corner. Nothing to out of hand. The beaches are 10-15 minutes away and downtown in 5 minutes away! Everything is at your fingertips.
