I have lived here since August 2004, and was charmed by the appearance. It is a very pretty place.. but what about the single sheet drywall that separates the headboard on my bed from the stairwell? This place has the WORST sound issues. I live on the third floor and have a hard time because I can hear the 1st floor people partying, and can feel my room shake with people walk up the stairs and shut their doors. AND.. just a couple of days ago I had to get my windshield replaced due to a crack, and when I told the people where I lived, they said that they had been over to the apartments 2 days earlier because apparantly TEN people had their windows smashed and cars broken into. Don't let the management fool you by saying that they are going to fix the security gates, because they haven't been fixed in over a year.
