I am very pleased to live at Ashley Knoll. I heard about this website and I couldn't believe some of the things I was reading about the place I am very proud to call home. The maintenance, and the office staff is very nice, I have never experienced a problem that they didn't resolve. I know the gates were down for a while, but only because we have people that bad trash Ashley Knoll on this website and trash Ashley Knoll living here too. People hit the gates, throw there cigarettes on the property, don't pick up after there dog, leave trash at there door (staining the breezeway, attracting flies). Even with the gates, the entire property isn't gated, they shouldn't be misconstrued as security gates in the first place. Just because you live in Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island, or The Merritt at James Island, crime happens everywhere. On the news the other day a man robbed 5 ladies at a churh( they were having a meeting and a man just walked in a robbed them). So,see there is no guarantee with safety, so get off it.

The location to downtown is great, the exterior of the property just got painted, and the price is reasonable.

I enjoy Ashley Knoll, very convenient to shopping, Food Lion, Hess gas station, CVS, post office all right infront of the property.

I would definetly recommend Ashley Knoll.
