Im kinda shocked at some of the reviews I have read here. I have lived here since April of last year, and I can honestly say I have never experienced some of the problems that have been stated in some of these reviews. The office staff is always friendly when I come in, and fully capable of handling any concern or requests. I have only had two maintenance requests put in, which were resolved before the end of the day that I requested it. I moved here from Charlotte, and I can say that I couldnt have been any happier with my apartment, neighbors, office staff, and the maintenance team. The location is great, and the price is very reasonable for the area. The builldings look great with all the work they have done. Im a contractor, so I know the work they did was not cheap, and shows that they do whats necessary to keep this place looking beautiful. I recommend Ashley Knoll for whomever is looking.
