IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BUYING...RUN FAR, FAR AWAY!! I highly recommend Concord if you like tons of cockroaches, paper thin walls/ceilings, and a horrible office staff!!! I have been highly disappointed since the first week I moved in. There were many problems with the unit at move in, and were "fixed" several times by maintainence. The staff is condescending and unhelpful. I am really not usually one to complain, I just can't imagine anyone wanting to OWN a condo here...please don't waste your money.
