These are the least inexpensive apartments in the area. Close to town and shopping. Close to bus line and walking distance to stores. Complex is older but, well kept. Great pools, laundry facility, and playground for children. Many children in the area. Not the quietest of complexes. Since the buildings are older there is not a lot of privacy between neighbors. The walls are thin. Most pets are excepted but, require a large deposit.
Overall, we were satisfied living here. Very convenient and inexpensive.
