My ex-husband and I were stuck at this hell-hole for almost 3 years. The walls are very, very thin ... and if you have a downstairs apartment, like we did ... you can even hear your neighbors when they use the toilet. The quality of your neighbors is low (there were several drug busts when we lived there ... one woman was arrested for having a crack kitchen on the premises) ... the dryer connections are not vented to the outside. Your apartment will literally be like a sauna, and your A/C bill ... well, ours was 171.43 one month .. and we kept our thermostat set at 78. Also, the staff is rude, could care less about their tenants, will not do anything about noisy, rude neighbors. You get what you pay for. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, all the way around.
