TERRIBLE!! KEEP LOOKING!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
We have lived here for 3.5 yrs., only because it was by far one of the cheapest around. The walls are paper thin, we have several maintenance requests from THE 1ST MONTH WE MOVED IN that still haven't been fixed (Holes in ceiling/walls, warped floor). They just started offering a low-income program here a few months ago, & the tenants are getting worse & worse. There are always shady people hanging out in groups all over the parking lot & on the steps. We are FINALLY moving away from this place next month when our lease is up. TAKE MY WORD, STAY AWAY!!
